ReachLocal seeks IPO

Wow, this is  HUGE news in the SEM Industry – ReachLocal IPO!

ReachLocal just  announced it has filed registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock which means an IPO is very near.

How is this going to change the SEM Landscape? Denver SEO Sean Hakes thinks this will only open opportunity for more aggressive  competition and motivation for other SEM providers  to jump on the bandwagon – ReachLocal is about to get a $100M bank account spike!
